Ken spends as much time as he can with his wife Linda and his son Cody. Ken & Linda enjoy getting Cody involved in all kinds of activities like ice skating, gymnastics and skiing and Ken even takes an active role by coaching Cody’s tee-ball and soccer teams. Nothing makes Ken smile more than watching kids laugh, play, use their imagination and, well, be kids.
When Ken is not spending time with his family or working on a Real Estate transaction, you can find him physically active at the gym, on the ski hill or bike path, or enjoying some music, maybe even playing a little music with friends. He’s been known to get the crowd howling along with “The Saga of Luther the Dog”.
Real Estate Investing
Ken picked up a passion for real estate and investing a few years ago. He has done multiple flips and hold properties. He understands how investors think and how they analyze a deal. He knows what it takes to rehab and stage a property to sell quickly.
This experience is also useful to traditional buyers and sellers. With buyers, he has a keen eye for detail especially with remodeled houses. And with sellers, he knows how to prepare the home for potential buyers to get the highest possible price for your house.
Education & Professional Background
Ken received a BS in Computer Science from Arizona State University’s College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He spent 16+ years in the Information Technology industry specializing in data, data analysis and databases. He has provided data solutions for multiple Fortune 500 companies in the Health Care, Telecommunications and High Tech industries. Once he found his passion for Real Estate, he turned his data and data analysis expertise into an asset he provides to his clients.
Ken’s key qualities in IT were integrity, passion, creativity, dependability and communication. He is known to be able to present complicated subjects in an easy to understand format. As a team leader, he provided regular status updates to his supervisors and also his direct reports and peers. These are the same skills he brings to his Real Estate business. He helps you understand the complex process of buying/selling/investing in Real Real Estate and will communicate regularly to make sure you know exactly what’s happening with your transaction.
